1) Make sure your sleeping device is fully charged; it usually takes about 30 minutes. But don’t leave it charging for more than two hours to avoid any problems such as overcharging.
2) After charging, turn on your sleeping device by pressing the power button. It usually starts in the low-frequency mode, meant for the left hand. This mode helps with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and overall better sleep.
3) If you want to increase the intensity, press the power button again to switch to the high-frequency mode. This is recommended for use in your right hand. Putting it in the right spot is important for it to work well.
4) If you don’t feel anything, press the ‘+’ button a few times and move the device until it’s in the right place. Then, set the strength to what feels good for you.
5) Your sleeping device will turn off by itself after 20 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about it as you fall asleep. This makes using the device easy and helps you have a peaceful night.
After turning on the sleeping device, place the silver ball in the same position as the video shown below. If you don’t feel anything, increase the intensity by pressing the ‘+’ button a few times.
